Coatex offers a variety of PTFE mesh belts in sizes like 1x1mm, 2×2.5mm, 4x4mm, 8x8mm, and 10x10mm, with 4x4mm being popular in the packaging industry.
We can customize extra-wide PTFE mesh rolls, up to 4000mm wide, suitable for industries like screen printing, papermaking, food processing, chemicals, packaging, and electronics.
Our PTFE mesh rolls have a high-quality PTFE coating, providing excellent non-stick and high-temperature resistance. They can be crafted into different-sized PTFE mesh belts. Additionally, we offer accessories like guides, edging, and joints to enhance conveyor belt effectiveness and lifespan.
