Kevlar Wire
Kevelar Wire is created from a high-temperature resistant material featuring a high ignition point. Woven to exhibit a smooth texture and a consistent filament construction, it presents a bright light beige color. The specifications are classified in “D” (denier) units, with the tensile strength escalating with the inclusion of additional filaments.
Properties
Does not melt at high temperatures, with a glass transition temperature of approximately 345°C
Sensitive to ultraviolet (UV) radiation
Good tensile performance, with a breaking elongation rate of 3.55%.
Average flexibility, tends to form burrs when knotted
Resistant to common organic solvents and salt solutions,
poor resistance to strong acids and alkalis
High strength
Resistant to cutting and excellent thermal stability
Application

Widely used as a heat sealing tape for mechanical matching of plastic film sealing with belt type sealing

Various electronic components welding, anti-static, and transmission machinery matching

Special conditions for heat treatment, heat resistance, and non adhesive heat sealing of industrial drugs, rubber and plastic films, electrical components.
