PTFE Mesh Belt
Coatex offers a variety of PTFE mesh belts in sizes like 1x1mm, 2×2.5mm, 4x4mm, 8x8mm, and 10x10mm, with 4x4mm being popular in the packaging industry.
We can customize extra-wide PTFE mesh rolls, up to 4000mm wide, suitable for industries like screen printing, papermaking, food processing, chemicals, packaging, and electronics.
Our PTFE mesh rolls have a high-quality PTFE coating, providing excellent non-stick and high-temperature resistance. They can be crafted into different-sized PTFE mesh belts. Additionally, we offer accessories like guides, edging, and joints to enhance conveyor belt effectiveness and lifespan.

Joint Type
Overlap Joint
This is an overlapping joint. lt is simple and applicable incases where it is notcrucial to have a flat surface.
Butt Joint with Strap on Underside
A butt joint with a strap on the under sideis made byplacing the two ends of the belt together and a strip ofmaterial isplaced under the belt. All parts are then-welded together to make the top surface smooth andeven.
YY Connection
YY connection is a improved connection way than butt joint, the both edges are grind with approx. 25 mm / 90° on 40mm bridge.
HS Connection
HS connection has one edge sanded with optionally > 25 mm / 60°-90°
FS Connection
FS connection has both edges grind with optionally > 25 mm / 60°-90°.
